Not only Oromos in Oromia even Kenyans are being the victim of the brutal Ethiopian regime.

Early this weeks there was dispute between Ethiopia and Kenya border in which civilian Kenyans live were being victim. The Ethiopian government was blamed the armed opposition front OLF . But OLF dismissed the blame on press release Friday 21 April 2006 under the title ’’Political culture of deceit and manipulation’’
It said in the press release ’’ In its well known habit of creating confusion and malicious cover-up, it is not uncommon for the Ethiopian regime to blame the Oromo Liberation Front (OLF) for the conflicts and cross-border raids from Ethiopia into Kenya when in fact it is a shameless act of its own militia. The recent act of entering the Kenyan territory, by Ethiopian security forces, pillaging and robbing thousands of livestock and killing innocent civilians is a clear indication that through unwarranted aggressions on almost all of its neighbors the Ethiopian regime is committed to destabilize the region. recurrent violation of the country’s Northern border and terrorizing the pastoral communities inhabiting the area. ’’
According to Sudan Tribune under the title ’’Kenyan abductees say tortured by Ethiopian soldiers’’ April 30, 2006 (NAIROBI) — The six Kenyans abducted by Ethiopian soldiers during a raid at Modhaudhi village in Moyale District in northern Kenya early this week have been released.
A skirmish erupted in Moyale in northern Kenya between the Kenya security forces and Ethiopian security troops who crossed into the country to attack Oromo rebels on 26 April.
Moyale police boss Rono Bunei says the six were released after they were interrogated by the soldiers, the KBC Radio said. The release comes after the Moyale district security team protested to the Ethiopia authorities across the border at Moyale-Ethiopia town over the invasion.
The released persons say they were taken to a military camp in Ethiopia where they were tortured by the soldiers. They say the soldiers wanted to know the location of a hide-out of the Oromo Liberation Front in the country. (ST)
